This was my 3rd and last portfolio piece at TGA. My focus here was making a creature with scales, focus on the PBR texturing pipeline and lastly presenting the model in unreal 5. For the scales i made my own brushes in zbrush as a base and added more details on top. I started the project in an earlier course and continued working on it for my portfolio. In total the project took about 6 weeks half time to finish. The environment assets in the first render were reused assets made by me from an earlier project.
The creature is based on the designs for a Greater Basilisk by Iana Venge, thanks so much for letting me use the concepts!!
